I would highly reommend Donna Waldman to anyone who is serious about selling their property.  My experience with Donna has been everything positive you could ask for, when trying to sell your home in a rush or at any other time.  I selected Donna as my agent from a selection of outher agencies due to her professional, straight forward but friendly approach.  She listened to my requirements, namely a short time frame, and explained the process step by step.  She came to our appointment well prepared and supplied me with a copy of everything we discussed.  One of my concerns to begin with when selecting an agent that told me what they thought I wanted to hear and reality would be very different.  This was not the case at all with Donna, what she said she would do, is exactly what she delivered.  I am very pleased with the out come that Donna gained for me and I could not recommend her highly enough.
